HCAN is involved in capacity-building initiatives, including bioinformatics bootcamps for students and professionals, student and teacher training, and other workshops. We have been mentoring school-age students, undergraduate students, and working professionals. Our commitment is to transfer expertise, mentor, and make the next generation competent in their field. We collaborate with different local organizations and experts in our capacity-building activities and have completed the following activities.
Completed Activities
Twenty-four participants over the world participated in the workshop.
-The workshop covered key areas, such as understanding grant funders, crafting compelling research questions, adapting proposal development, learning effective writing techniques, and formulating budgets.
-Five 90-minute sessions from Mar 2-30 was conducted.
