A two-day IEC workshop titled “Parenting Guide for Supporting Deaf Youth to Enhance Mental
Health†was conducted from 2083/2/19 to 2083/2/20 at Gaurav Events, Nagarjun-10.
The workshop included parents of deaf children, stakeholders from deaf organizations, mental
health professionals, persons with hearing disabilities, sign language interpreters, facilitators, and
SSSN team members.
The main objective of the workshop was to develop and refine the content, structure, and design
of an IEC booklet for parents and guardians of deaf children.
